Globally higher insitutions are affected by sexual harrassment a silent cancer affecting the university community. Sexual Harrassment is real and it has cost professionals their career and students their future. For that matter Busitema University has zero-tolerance for discrimination and harrasment. Based on this it has put in place a number of interventions to ensure that the environment for work and learning.As an intervention to curb the vice of sexual Harrassment, the university has a policy to inform, guide and caution stakeholders about how to avoid, report and indeed the consequence of sexual harrassment. To suplement these efforts, the ICT Directorate and the Gender Unit developed an application that will ease the reporting, processing and provide support to university systems to handle sexual harrassment cases with ultimate confidentiality for the good of every stakeholder and Busitema University.
